    Ingredients: precooked pasta (water, Durham wheat, salt), tomato sauce with eggplant and salted ricotta (crushed tomatoes, grilled eggplant, water, sunflower seed oil, salted ricotta [sheep's milk whey, salt], basil, extra virgiin olive oil, garlic, salt, red pepper), basil.

      PASTA WITH EGGPLANT

      600 grams - Double Portion Size

    • PREPARATION

      1. Heat 2 tabelspoons of oil in a non-stick pan.

      2. Pour forzen contents into the pan and add 250 ml of boiling water.

      3. Cover with a lid and cook over medium-high heat (1500W) for 5 minutes.

      4. Remove lid and continue heating for additional 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    • GARNISH

      For the full Italian experience, garnish with a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, freshly grated Parmesan, and parsely. For those who like some spice, add some dry chili flakes!
