5. Rice with Squid and Prawns
Ingredients: precooked rice (water, rice, salt, turmeric), precooked mussles, crushed tomatoes, precooked squids, precooked shrimps, precooked peas, tomatoes, clam broth (clam broth, water), grilled bell peppers, grilled courgettes, precooked cuttlefish, onion, white vine, wheat starch, salt, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, anchovies in oil (anchovies, sunflower seed oil, salt), chili pepper, natural flavouring.

RICE WITH SQUID AND PRAWNS
600 grams - Double Portion Size
1. Heat 2 tabelspoons of oil in a non-stick pan.
2. Pour forzen contents into the pan and add 220 ml of boiling water.
3. Cover with a lid and cook over medium-high heat (1500W) for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
